Gary M. Giallonardo, President and Founder of Industrial Visions, has lived and traveled the world managing sales and marketing organizations for B2B manufacturers such as Hewlett-Packard, PPG Industries, Avery Dennison, and Lilly Industries, along with a variety of smaller manufacturers. Gary was also a finalist for the Ernst & Young 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Holding a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA in marketing and finance from the Katz Graduate School at the University of Pittsburgh, Gary founded Industrial Visions based on his awareness of the disadvantages many small businesses experience by not having the knowledge-based decision making tools available through trusted marketing resources.

Gary functions as the primary strategist and implementation manager, utilizing the expertise of additional affiliates as needed for specific engagements.  In most cases, Industrial Visions' clients work directly with Gary throughout the program.  As the situation warrants, additional marketing professionals are added and managed for maximum positioning of your company.

David A. Smith lives and works in the United Kingdom, where he has more than 30 years of board-level experience with multinational companies such as Courtalds Group and PPG Industries International, functioning as an international Business Development Director. He is also the co-founder of Performance Effects Ltd., a UK based strategy consultancy, and has worked with companies in more than 30 countries worldwide.

David holds a bachelor of science degree with honors from the University of Wales, Swansea, a master of science degree from the University of Southampton, an CMC designation from the Institute of Management Consultancy, and a record of delivering change in global environments. He has worked in a variety of manufacturing sectors and is highly experienced in strategic business planning and international business development.

Through his broad career experience, David has developed a highly pragmatic management approach, tailoring strategy and improvement programs to suit the specific business environment, while bringing about profound attitude changes.
