This year-long engagement with Duperon Corporation, a manufacturer of heavy industrial water filtration equipment, focused on diversification and growth. Program strategies included the development of an industry-specific marketing plan including detailed client surveys, extensive competitive research, and identification of new prospects and opportunities. Industrial Visions Company helped Duperon revitalize their national manufacturers' rep organization, better focus their trade show efforts, pave the way for the introduction and sale of a new product, and develop an in-house method of prospecting that produces phenomenally high returns.
