Alloy Construction

Alloy Construction is a custom steel and aluminum fabricator that cuts and welds to spec, then erects these structures at customer sites. Sales to their three main customers - global chemical processors - have been down due to recession. Alloy took this as a opportunity to diversify into other markets. IVC's fact based research, including face to face customer surveys and detailed knowledge of Alloy's competition and customer needs - all led to the development and implementation of a marketing plan with new distribution strategies aimed at increasing sales to current customers while building share in previously unidentified markets. IVC also fine-tuned the market planning and implementation of Alloy's new steel delivery system, having the potential benefit of shaving months off of large conventional construction projects.
